Meet The Team

Don is Chief Technology Officer at Head Quarters. He oversees the global operations and responsible for most project delivery and client engagement globally. With more than two decades of experience in the architecture, engineering, construction and real estate industries, Don is instrumental in ensuring our team remains strong and helping the firm run smoothly as we continue to grow. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Global Group and in the execution of growth-focused strategies.

With more than two decades of experience in the architecture, engineering, construction and real estate industries, Don was formerly the President and CEO of a leading International Firm, a full-service architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management and program management firm. Prior to that, Don held a series of executive positions over 21 years with various fortune 500 companies, a leading property developer, builder and owner, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Integrated Solutions.

He holds bachelor of science in Building Construction from Purdue University. He is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America, Construction Management Association of America and the Society of American Military Engineers.

Mr. Aditya Trivedi is an expert in the field of Digital Media Management. He has rich experience in the field of Marketing & Sales and International Human Resource Management. He has worked in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, PRC, and France and brings a rich experience of his cross-culture knowledge to the Group. He is responsible for the Group Brand Management and Social Media handles. Currently, he is based in New Delhi, India, and handles the Indian Operations. Mr. Aditya Trivedi is also a health and lifestyle enthusiast and takes active participation in Human Resource Development and well well-being of group employees and conducts regular sessions for them. Mr. Aditya has a dual degree from mainland China and French Business School.

She is Chief Financial Officer , bringing valuable direction to our growth strategy. Ashley applies her almost two decades of diverse financial background in the industry to champion company-wide efforts and create shareholder value. Ashley is based out of Head Quarter.

Key achievements for Ashley include numerous business integrations, development of Operational Finance Training for a multi-billion dollar enterprise and successful reorganization of multiple finance organizations that enabled stronger financial business partnerships and delivery of key targets.

Ashley holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Tess is working as Office Manager in our Head Quarter. Originally from the USA, Tess  started work as a graduate Trainee in Global Group . Her work has ultimately led him to take top management position.

She is the one of the senior management team . With almost three decades of industry experience, Lisa is responsible for project management advancement and performance and project execution and delivery.

With a steady hand at the operational helm across all our end markets, Lisa also manages health, safety and environment and quality, reinforcing a focus on a culture of caring across our disciplines.  

She previously served as Vice President of project delivery for an international engineering services firm. 

 He is the National Business Line Leader for Property and Buildings . A “big picture” thinker,  Rick is driven by the conviction that good design makes a positive impact on local communities that continues well beyond a building’s boundary. He is passionate about collaborating with clients and design teams to look for creative ways to enhance projects sustainability and functionality.

Alex  is Vice President of Communications at Global Group , overseeing corporate marketing and branding, media relations, crisis and reputation management. Alex is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Alex  previously worked at the internal engineering and construction company as Global Manager of External Communications and Social Responsibility.  Alex was a Senior Vice President at the global communications agency, counselling Fortune 500 companies and large nonprofit organizations.

Andrew is the Chief Development Officer of Global Group. He oversees the national business lines and a national team focused on strategic growth (project pursuits, lead generation and related areas). Andrew aligns the firm’s cross-sector capabilities to client needs.

He was the Global Director of Transportation and Infrastructure and was previously worked as Director of Corporate Development in International Firm. He has  a track record in work design engineer, and held a variety of technical and management positions within the firm. He also served as Managing Director—Europe/Africa/Middle East, and Director of Operations— for fortune 500 companies. He also served as Principal-in-Charge on several major projects, including large-scale transportation programs. 

Andrew  holds a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.

Debbie is the first woman, , to lead a business line at Global Group. She directs the firm’s strategic consulting services across all markets, including transportation and infrastructure, property and buildings, energy, and water and environment. She is responsible for integrating the firm’s technical expertise in planning, engineering, program/construction management and operations with the strategic thinking needed by owners, developers and operators to successfully deliver infrastructure programs and projects.

She brings expertise as a successful public sector executive to this position, along with experience in technology transformation, public/private partnerships, building services and economic development. Prior to this role, Debbie was Chief Development Officer since 2018. She was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategy and long-range planning for Global Group. 

 She is responsible for the oversight of programs including strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, compensation and benefits. With over 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, Alissa is an expert on building talent, performance management and culture at major companies ranging in size from 400 to 130,000 employees.

Prior to joining the firm, she was with Starwood Retail Partners, where she led all facets of human resources for the company’s corporate headquarters and 30 properties across 15 states. She was a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, providing guidance on leadership development, succession planning, compensation and integration of acquired companies.
